Still an enigma

Possibly the last day of record-breaking heat and humidity, we decided to take a train out of London to Bletchley Park.
We loved it, found it fascinating and educational and didn't understand a word of it!! Moral to the story? Hug a Mathematician.
The mansion at Bletchley Park bought by government for secret location to begin work on code breaking

Model of the "Bombe", name of codebreaker developed by Alan Turing

Inside mansion as working office prior to adding enough buildings to eventually house 10,000 (7500 of them, women)

Mansion originally built by Herbert Leon, a 19th C financier.

Euston Station where we changed from underground to National Railway
